Hello,

First of all,you should exclude an TIA by doing some investigations such as:measuring blood pressure, lipid profile.

If you had hypertension, you should take anti-hypertensive drug such as Indapamide Hemihydrate 2.5 mg 45 minute before breakfast once per day and do an ECHO on your heart to assess the ejection fraction.

Second you should change your lifestyle by stop smoking, drinking, eating fat-rich meal and too much salt in your diet.

Finally, you should take Aspirin twice per day after meal,Vitamins B complex once per day after meal and Benfotiamine 40 mg twice per day after meal.

You could do an MRI T2-Weighted Brain if the symptoms lasted more than 24 hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
