Hi I am 30 i have afew pounds on me and i diabetes type 2. The problem is i for get what i was about to do and i get angry trying to thing what it was. I feel that my memory is going sometimes i can t remeber what id id yesterday but not all the time.

thank you for your query, Diabetes and memory loss are closely linked, and poorly controlled diabetes can cause memory loss. The brain runs on glucose and brain glucose storage is limited.
To maintain normal brain functioning, people with diabetes need a constant supply of glucose from their blood.
Memory loss and reduced brain functioning occur during periods of high blood glucose (hyperglycemia) and low blood glucose (hypoglycemia). so keeping it in normal lels will help you
