Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Its look like you are in the peri menopausal period.
Menstrual pain and irregular bleeding are common in these period.

But these abnormal bleeding and pain may be due to fibroids, uterine or cervical cancer.
At this age, due to hormonal changes takes place and this is considered to be usual.
You have to rule out any fibroid or cancer by proper gynecological examination and further investigations like
1. Pap smear
2. Ultrasound abdomen
3. If pap smear is abnormal, then colposcope and cervical biopsy.
4. hysteroscope.

If every thing is normal, then better leave it and it may end when you reach the menopause.

Exercise regularly for 45 minutes a day for atleast 5 days a week.
Stop smoking if you are a smoker.
Get more sleep and try going to sleep and waking up at the same time each day.
Decrease the amount of alcohol you drink.
Get to a healthy weight and stay there.
Get enough calcium and vitamins in your diet.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
