General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the contusion form the fall. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day. I also suggest using cold compresses at the area of the injury. I recommend to rest and elevate the area. If the pain continue you should go at the emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
