Why Am I Having Pain In My Chest And Hand After Breathing In A Foul Stench?

Hello, last night I was at karate and there was a foul stench lingering in the gym for the entire time being there. I noticed after I started doing my karate for about 20 minutes of breathing in this odour, my neck started to hurt on my right hand side. Its the next day and it feels almost like it traveled down to my chest. Any ideas? Thank you.

The details are unfortunately not adequate. Please ask others who were along, if they felt the same odour. If yes, it could be that there was some poisonous gas in the surrounding during your karate session, the breathing of which is making you have some amount of respiratory distress and hence it seems to have come to your chest. It might be worthwhile to visit a doctor and get yourself examined.
