Why Am I Having Pain In Stomach?

I have been having a real bad pain in the stomach for the last few nights Its so bad that am unable to sleep am also unable to do number 2 I try and nothing is coming I last went a few days ago and it was just one piece of a hard hard pebble am thinking of going to the hospital what should i do

Hi... If your are having severe pain abdomen with passing of hard pebble like stools i think you have constipation, i would recommend
1. Take of lot of water/liquids
2.Take foods rich in dietary fibres such as green leafy vegetables
3.Take lactulose 20-30ml at night which is a non absorbable sugar used to treat constipation
4.If still not relieved meet a doctor and ask for enema/suppository.
5.If you are not relieved and doctor suggests its not constipation you can go ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
