Why Am I Having Pain In Upper Left Abdomen ?
i have upper left abdomen pain and i have diabetes what do you think is wrong?

Hello.welcome.This pain has no relation with diabetes.The pain could be related to some kidney infection or stone or could be muscular.Get hemogram,Urine microscopy and ultrasound abdomen done for the diagnosis.good luck.

Pain may not be on connection with diabetes.
As pain in left upper left abdomen it may be in connection with spleen or may be due to gastritis.
There is possibility of having costo chondritis.
Go for ultra sound.
Take light diet,Avoid fried and junk food.
Consult your doctor and get physically examined.
