I have a 10cm cycst on my right ovary but the pain is in my left lower back (spasams) and can move to the lower left abs. the pain occurs every few months ( random) and starts off light adn gets to the point i am in the hospital on morphin. i have had numerous Xrays and ultrasounds and a CTscan. they can not find anything else wrong. is it normal for the pain to be on the other side of the cyst?
