Why Am I Having Premature Ejaculation And Decreased Penis Size After Spinal Fusion?
My husband has a spinal fusion due to an injury. He is post op 3 years. He states that he has experienced some sexual dysfunction since surgery i.e premature ejaculation and decreased size... He does use cialis, but claims that it still isn t the same as before the surgery. Any advice??

Premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction after operation may be due to spinal nerve damage. In that case, he should get himself properly evaluated through a urologist for underline dysfunction. He could also go for penile doppler, Penile nerves function, Nocturnal penile tumescence, Dynamic infusion cavernosometry (DICC) etc. Treatment in his case depends upon the cause.
