You seem to have acne vulgaris and acne pustulosa. You may be having genetic tendency. Your skin of face would be oily in nature. There may be crops of comedonal and inflammatory lesions which might be infected leading to acne pustulosa. There may be some factors responsible for precipitation and exacerbation of the lesions like stress, anxiety, tension, oily food, sleeplessness, travelling, seborrhoea, dandruff, cosmetivcs and drugs like steroids... Please avoid suspected factors to prevent the relapse of the disease. You may take cap minocycline 50 mg in morning and cap isotretinoin 10 mg at night forfew months. And apply gel like clindamycine or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% at night daily. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed. I think you would be benefitted. Still, you consult dermatologist. I hope this would be helpful to you.
Thanks.
