Why Am I Having Recurring Pelvic And Lower Abdominal Pain From The Date Of My Periods ?

Hi! i was wondering what is happening to me.. From the date of my period which is March10 i m having on and off pelvic pain on both sides and now with tightness of lower abdomen just below the navel and i m always sleepy..
