OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

This could be due to gastritis or intestinal problems. Drink lots of water. Take antacids for two days. Reduce spices in your diet. Immediately after periods these symptoms will be there sometimes. Don't worry. After following this, if the pain persists or worsens, kindly consult a physician as soon as possible.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
