Why Am I Having Stomach Cramps With Hot Flashes?

I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy( robot aasisted) 3 weeks ago. I m feeling fatigued running a fever of 100.8, no appetite, and cramping like I have a menstrual period. I am on bactrim since my dr thinks a bladder infection. I am also having horrible got flashes and I have no energy. I have another appt in Tuesday ,however when his office did a clean catch urine ssample, he said that there was blood in my urine. I haven t gotten my results back yet, but it seems when I get up and walk around the house or store, the cramping intensifies.

Hi.
I would advise to have a standing X-ray of the abdomen as you have cramping after a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy to see if you have intestinal obstruction or so. Also needed is ultrasonography to see if some complication of the urinary tract like ligation of the ureter or hydronephrosis has occurred.
The treatment will depend upon the findings.
You need a broad spectrum antibiotic and may be a fw days admission in the hospital
