Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
I understand your concerns and we will work together to find a solution.
-the urge to urinate and the burning sensation when you urinate especially at the end of it,usually correlate with an
urinary tract infection (UTI) that can be treated. Also another option is the accesive amount of calcium crystals in your urine, but since you have plenty itlf water i would rule it out.
If i was your doctor i would recomand to do an urine test to confirm the diagnosis. you ca even do a test at home. dipstick test kit can be bouht without a prescription. If the results are positive you need to check up with your family doctor to get the recipe for antibiotics. Use
ibuprofen for the pain/burning sensation.
Also try these steps to help your urinary tract heal iself.
-don't hold your urine
-try to empty your bladder when you go to urinate
-urinate after sex
-keep drinking plenty of fluids 2-3 liters each day.
