Why Am I Late For My Periods?

I am three weeks late for my period, never been late before. I have been very tired lately, dizzy, having headaches nearly daily and sick to my stomachs. Negative hpt and negative urine test at dr. Dr. Did say my uterus is thick. Any chance of pregnancy at this point?

Thick endometrium often results from increased levels of estrogen and less progesterone. Such thickness is noted in the early pregnancy or also in ectopic pregnancy.

Also the symptoms you experience are all early signs of pregnancy. So, I advice you wait for 10 more days & to do serum beta HCG test to get accurate results.
