Why Am I Not Getting Complete Excretion At A Time?

im 22 male.im facing a problem from last few years that i will not get complete excretion at a time.it will take 2-3 times in the morning for complete excretion totally in a day i have to go 4-5 times.and i also feel excretion whenever i feel excited,sexual arrousal.its didturbing me very much.i feel very difficult whenever i have to travel and continue work with this excretion disturbance. hope u understood my problem.plse kindly help me as early as possible
