Why Am I Not Having Period After Removing Nuvaring?

hi, i was recently on microgestin fe for about 5 months and i decided to switch to the nuvaring. after taking all 5 months of the pills on time, i didn t get a period on my off week but i thought this was common. i put the nuvaring in on the second to last day of my off week. i did not use any condoms the week after i put in the nuvaring. after about 5 days on the nuvaring i took it out due to some complications, and my partner and i used condoms, but still no period. it has since been about 2 days off the nuvaring and i thought that i would be getting my period soon but there are still no signs. do you think i should be worried about pregnancy
