hi! i am a 17 year old girl, and i am curios, i dont eat too much but im confused with my body weight. im not that fat, actually, my body weight is just normal but im not contented with my weight i want to loose more, what things i can do regarding to this matter??? somebody are say that i might just have a slow metabolism, what can i do to boost it and to make it a bit faster?? thanks

if your BMI meets your current weight requirements, you should not do anything to loose more weight because that will not be good for your body.
anyways, you can start by jogging or going out for a run in the morning or evening, or whenever you are free.
you can loose weight by checking your diet. avoid having outside food, or food which is fried and contains a lot of proteins and fat.
make sure breakfast is the heaviest meal of t
