Why Am I Suffering From Fever, Stomach Ache And Bronchitis?

I ve been suffering with bronchitis for weeks, better then worse, etc. Now, my cough is pretty much gone but I ve developed a low grade fever 99.4, and severe stomach achiness, soreness, throughout my whole belly area. No diarrhea, no vomitting. General lethargy.

Read and Reviewed your query in context to your health issues.
In the given scenario and history facts,You seem to suffer from-?PUO which needs to be ruled out from hidden/undiagnosed TB lung disease.
As you had bronchitis over few weeks,the lethargy and low grade fever point out to Pumonary Koch's.The stomach aches could be from- chronic cough or could be from Viral Gastritis/or-Post-Viral- Myalgia.
Other causes in lung and abdomen needs to be verified.
For this I would suggest-Consults with Chest Physician and Surgeon and proper blood/ sputum/X-ray tests urgently.
