Why Am I Tired For Most Part Of The Day?

I am 22 YO Korean female (adopted) so no family history. I was diagnosed with RBBB yesterday via EKG. Today I had a cardiac echo and am wearing a 24 hr. monitor. I've had symptoms of palpatations, Left arm numbness, at times my chest feels like it's got pressure. I describe it as my chest being full of cotton. I suffer from panic attacks, though rarely. I have good living habits and go to the gym 3xweekly. I am tired most of the time. Why did they order the echo? The technician told me everything looked good. Is she qualified to give me this info?

if your ecg suggests RBBB then a detailed investigation for the dimensions of your heart chambers is must, as this condition can cause enlarged cardiac chambers. An ECHO cardiography is the only investigation that can help us to study the heart valve dimension, it should be done.
