Why Am I Unable To Pass Motions After Having Anal Sex?

Hi, I'm 25 years old and I had anal sex 9 days ago with a (relativly large) dildo (after only having used a small one in the past), we used a lot of lube but ever since i haven't been able to poop properly. I feel like i need to go but when i try very little (one or two pellets) or nothing comes out. Getting quite worried about it now, have i damaged myself internally?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to formation of fecalith, stony mass of faeces which obstruct normal passage. In such cases i give initially stool softeners like lactulose or Bisacodyl suppository.I also tell the patient to drink more water. If no improvement then i advise enema. If there is no improvement in that also then i recommend manual removal.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
