I have been having a pulsing or throbbing in my throat it usually happens when im eating and after i eat i burp alot and my chest hurts sometimes. Sometimes the pulsing is so bad it makes me extremely tired and i want to sleep when i have these episodes
Hi Your problem is called dyspepsia.Dyspepsia can be defined as a postprandial discomfort or upper abdominal pain. It can also be called indigestion.Postprandial heaviness, fullness, bloating,sensation of incomplete digestion (as if food stayed in the stomach for several hours) is a common complaint encountered by patients suffering from Dyspepsia. Most likely your dyspepsia is related to hypermotility hence Dyspepsia related to motility syndromes may be treated by prokinetic drugs such as domperidone along with proton pump inhibitors. Start taking a probiotic twice daily,Probiotics contains lactobacillus. These bacteria's help in proper digestion of food and will help to revive your depleted gastric flora. Drink plenty of fluids A course of ofloxacin and tinidazole should be taken for 5 days. Report after 2 weeks. Regards,
