I get weird feelings in my belly
I poop so much
Sometimes I get dizzy
I'm always hungry
I had one leg cramp

I took a test it said I wasn't pregnant

i think this could all be due to gastritis
i would suggest you get a usg abdomen and ugi endoscopy
meanwhile take plenty of fluids
and tab pantoprazole
