Why Am I Experiencing Sudden Pain In Right Knee Cap?
I have been having constant knee pains in my right knee cap. it started when i tried to get dressed and all of a sudden i couldnt bare weight on it. now it constantly hurts, the inner side of my knee is swollen and my foot goes numb and tingly. i still try to use it thinking maybe i pulled something but it just gets worse. i cant bare all my weight on it and when im walking if i lock my knee back it feels like its going to give out what could it be?
Meniscus injury can be managed by arthroscopic repair, and same day you can go home. As per your symptoms you need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion . If pain persist then you may need to do MRI again to see for any functional defect.
small meniscus tear can be managed conservatively with physiotherapy with USG andTENS.
