Why Am I Feeling As If My Muscles Are Locked?

Hi doctor i am Arif hassan from Pakistan . I just want to know the reason of why mucles are being locked.I am facing this problem since four months and this is the second time my right hand wrist is locked and this had hppenend in my left hand first.I am taking no medicine for that and using pain gay only.Please do advice me.Regards

The best thing to do will be to get a right diagnosis of
the underlying problem.

From what you have described, i want to believe you are
referring to cramps or permanent state of contracted muscles

If that is the case, then the likely cause will be electrolyte imbalance.

Electrolytes in the body such as calcium, potassium, sodium etc. have
to be measure to see their levels.

Another possibility could be neuritis ( inflammation of nerves) which
could be viral or due to other causes.

Meet a doctor for detail examination and appropriate diagnosis and
treatment.
