Why Am I Feeling Pressure In My Chest?

Last week I went to The energency thinking something was wrong with my heart. seems to skip a beat. Since then it can do it all day or once in a while or not at all. damn stressing you know. they did ekg it was fine heart beat was at 56. No pain no dizziness just this weird feeling in my chest or to say my heart. I am 47 workout 4-5 days a week. have not issues. eat well do what I want no problems. so what can i do about this? anything? Is my heart going to stop? I travel a lot, should I be worried?

Thanks
