Why Am I Feeling Tired And My Right Jaw Is Hurting?

hi! have been feeling light headed, really tired, right jaw hurts. i have a wisdom tooth bothering me. some numbness in arms. in the middle of moving into house and have been under stress. i smoke about a pack a day. and drink a few beers in evening to help me relax. why am i feeling like a truck ran over me?
