Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic,
.
It's extremely common for women to have these symptoms. You should listen to your body. Remember that when pregnant your heart and lungs are working at higher capacity even when you are at rest. Thus when you start working your body has to work harder and also supply enough oxygen to the baby. So to keep your baby healthy you feel tired.
It's ok to feel so now that you are seven months.
Lie on left side.
Drink plenty of fluids,
Avoid spicy food
Take syrup digene 2tsp thrice a day.
engage in activity related to baby like buying dresses, arranging the nursery etc
You will feel better
Write back with any questions .will be glad to answer.
Best of luck
Thanks
