Why Am I Finding Difficult To Walk From My Legs And Back Of My Knee?
I am an 84 year old male who has enjoyed excellent health .I always walked quite a lot--averaging 2-3 miles per day. However lately I am finding it difficult to do as much as a mile a day due to dis comfort in the back of my legs in the area at the back of my knees. Any suggestions?

Why Am I Finding Difficult To Walk From My Legs And Back Of My Knee?
Hello, It could be due to conditions like arthritis. As a first line management you can take drugs like tramadol for pain relief. If pain persists better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
