I've got the implant but latley I have been sleeping loads and not waking up needing to go to the toliet loads can't stop eating bleeding teeth and gaining weight is there any way I could be pregnant I've never had this before with the implant and have all the signs of pregnancy

The signs that you have described can be due to pregnancy. But you need to do a pregnancy test to confirm this. It can be due to side effects of iplanon also.
