What shall be your reaction when there is a sudden traffic jam? When you had to stand in front of your boss when he is upset? When your boss scolds at you? When you accidentally get punched on a crowded bus? These are situations in everyday life. Do you get angry? shout? yell? NOT!!!!
Why? Because we knew, getting angry at these and other life situations is of no use. We loose our health. That is all.
