Why Am I Getting Burning Sensation In The Testicles?

I was squeezing my right testicle with left hand n with right hand i could feel all sorts ov tubes running from that testicle in to my right leg.anyhow i grabbed n squeezed these tubes n pulled them hard away from me n felt a snap.iv had a burning feeling down there now4the last5hours.

Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Contusion of Vas deference with neurovasculare bundle in spermatic cord.
Snap you felt could be from neurovascular bundle and or from-Vas deference duct.
Cold compresses /
Scrotal Support and Rest
NSAIDs drugs like Motrin-brufen- x for 5 days time would relieve it forever.
Tab neurobion x for 5 days.
Recheck after 2 days from your Gp doctor or from Surgeon would exclude other probabilities and complications expected with it.
