Why Am I Having Pain And Dizziness During Bowel Movement?

I am a 62 year old man, whenever i go to the bathroom to poo, i start to have pain, feel clammy and dissy and like im going to faint, and i get cold sweat runing down my face..... it dosnt happen often, but when it does happen it lasts about an hour then I have to lay down.

Hi,

Consult a surgeon to rule out piles. Check your blood pressure as well. Drink plenty of warm water to relieve constipation. Consume fruits like banana and apple as well as green leafy vegetables. This will improve your overall health as well.
