Why Am I Having Sore Joints And Headache Along With Urinary Tract Infection?

I m an 18 year old male, with a urinary tract infection, but ever since the uti started my neck, back and all of my joints have been so sore, I ve got a horrible headache and I constantly feel like I m going to pass out, or just fall over, and I m running a low grade fever. YYYY@YYYY

The joint pains may be due to reactive Arthritis secondary to the infection,it would be prudent to seek the opinion of your PCP/Doctor who can examine you and investigate you further.NSAIDs like Ibubrufen/Paracetamol will help in the interim,treating the urinary infection with the appropriate antibiotics after a urine Culture and sensitivity testing will help.
