Hello, I've been having trouble breathing properly. I have to take really deep breathes every 30 seconds to feel likeI got enough air, if I don't, I feel like I didnt get all the air I need. my chest feels tight and my throat feels like it's really small so I can't get much air in, I don't have a cold, I'm not sick or anything. it's been happening for a couple years now. I have to breathe so deep and hard my shoulder blade starts to hurt a lot.

Hi It looks like you have dyspnoea. It can be due to bronchoconstriction or secondary due to cardiac reasons. Auscultation by a physician is atleast necessary to rule out your condition.Cardiac reasons can be due to hypetension or hypertrophy of heart chambers.Hope this may help you thanks
