Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision and black spot after hit by a football.
This indicates probable damage to the posterior segment of the eye in the form of vitreous detachment or vitreous hemorrhage.
Hence this requires examination and treatment by a ophthalmologist.

Thank you

Black is not a problem. It will subside in few days. Vision and fundus is to be examined to see any damage.
