Why Am I Not Able To Roll Back Penis Foreskin While Erected?
Hi, I can roll back the foreskin when penis is flaccid but but cant be rolled back fully when erected. only the half of the glans can be seen during erection, I mean foreskin can be rolled back upto half of the glans. Is that normal? I have never had intercourse, so is it be okey while intercourse? thank you

It can be due to phimosis caused due to infection or diabetes. Doing a blood sugar test will help.
