Why And Where Does Internal Bleeding Happen After Congestive Heart Failure ?
My sister just went to the hospital with congestive heart failure. For some reason she has some internal bleeding going on and they are not sure where it is coming from.. She is scheduled for a marrow tap tomorrow. Why and where do you think the bleeding can be coming from?

Congestive cardiac failuremcauses increased pressure in the pulmonary blood circulation causing pulmonary hypertension.
Increased pressure in the pulmonary circulation might cause bleedingin
1. Lungs
2. Liver
3. Spleen
4. Intestines
So it is advised to get chest x ray and ultrasound abdomen regularly
