hello. any moisture at all (be it sweat, air moisture, or water from the shower) causes my skin (my palms and soles espeially) to feel like it has a tacky/adhesive film, which causes the parts of my body to lightly adhere to themselves (like my arm sticking to my torso near my underarm; or the tops of my inner thighs sticking together), clothing, and (in the case of the soles of my feet) to the floor.basically, heat + moisture (even straight-up water) = adhesively sticky.what is causing this and what can i do to stop it?
Moisturisers must stay on skin hence they are sticky. Don't worry about stickiness. Keep applying these. You will get benefit. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you.
