Why Are Medicines Not Efficacious For My Gastric Pain?

I have been having gastric pain(Upper abdominal) in the past 2 weeks and have visited several Drs , medicine given are on May 20 Suntacid and Disflatyl, symtoms reliefed the next day but was back again then see another DR on MAY 22,medicine given :Hyomide and Zenpro but symtoms persits then went and see another DR on MAY 27,medicine given:Controloc ,Maolox and Disflatyl but it does not help. On the june01, went to see DR again, medicine given:Histac 150, symtom reliefed the next 3 days and was back again on June 05. Pls advise what shall I do,why it takes such a long period of time to treat Gastric pain.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Upper abdominal pain which you feel like a gastric pain and you have consulted so many Doctors, have taken almost all types of medications that has worked very temporarily.
This means you need the following:
Upper GI Endoscopy.
MRI of the spine of thorax to see any neurological pain.
IBS to be thought about if all the investigations are normal.
If all the investigations are normal get treatment on the basis of IBS and you may be normal. Avoid stress and/or anxiety.
