Hi there.
If I may say so Sir/Madam, your history is a bit sketchy.
Might I suggest uploading a clear digital image of the afflicted portions on this web site or if you should feel more comfortable, we could be consulted on the private portal of HCM.
I shall do my best to give you a suggestion in the interim.
I cannot recommend something to 'rid' you of a problem unless I have a 'visual'.
However, one thing for certain that will help & is an essential requirement in any case is a good quality sunscreen with a built in moisturizer. Off the cuff, I suggest trying out Sebamed's SPF 50 hydrating sunscreen cum moisturizer. This has to be applied from dawn till dusk & reapplied every 3-4 hours & after washing/sweating/swimming etc & ideally at least 20 minutes before stepping out.
This advice is also solid advice for the month of May2014 as WHO has dedicated this month as
Skin Cancer Prevention & Awareness month!
Please do visit a
dermatologist as I suspect you have a condition called
seborrheic keratosis & if in Bangalore, you are most welcome to drop into either Vikram Hospital or Sita Bhateja hospital for an assessment & we can plan from there on.
Best Regards.
