Hello, Get blood test done to detect your Hb% (hemoglobin level) to study if it is not below normal level. Take homemade nutritious food rich in iron and protein. You can also take supplements. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist if sexually active. Get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus, get pregnancy test done. If required, you re treating gynae will tell you to get USG (uterus and fallopian tube) done to rule out or detect ectopic pregnancy or pregnancy. You will be accordingly treated and managed. If not pregnant, you can take Norethisterone. Take tab Rregestrone (norethisterone) 10mg once a day or 5mg twice daily for 7-10 days and then stop. Menses / breakthrough bleeding will occur in 3-7 days after last dose of tab. Or take Primolut N (norethisterone) two times a day after food for 5-7 days & then stop.
