Why Did I Experience Pain In The Urethra And Testes Radiating Towards The Lower Abdomen After Masturbation?

Today I masturbated in bathroom a few (3-5) days later and I ejaculated more semen and then went back to bed and went under blanket and suddenly started feeling pain down there which was concentrated towards the junction of urinary pipe and testes and the pain spread across little bit of stomach and testes as well. I went to bathroom peed very little more white urine and the pain decreased... Why did this pain rise when I had already peed before masturbation

Hello,

Urethral pain radiating to the testes and lower abdomen is commonly due to excessive or vigorous masturbation for long durations. Avoid masturbating roughly for a long time. Avoid sex toys. Take Naproxen or Acetaminophen after food to get rid of pain and discomfort. Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are testicular torsion, epididymitis, orchitis, prostatitis, varicocele, hernia, etc. Meet a urologist, get required blood tests and imaging tests done.
