Why Did I Feel Severe Heart Palpitations?

This happen to me on Sunday and just a little bit ok my heart just starts beating really fast like its going to race right out of my chest I feel fine should I be concerned? It last 5-10 minutes and then it goes away this has never happen to me before

Hi there,
your history is suggestive of some form of tachycardia( rapid and abnormal heart beat), I would advise you to consult your physician who may advise you holter monitoring( 24 hour ECG recording) and 2D Echocardiography, and if you have similar symptoms again then please get an ECG at that point of time, this is diagnostic for abnormal heart rhythm.
