Why Did I Have Dizziness After Putting My Finger In My Ear?

My right ear starting itching so I put my finger in my ear and started moving it back and forth, when done I removed my finger and everything started spinning upside down and around. I am 33 yr. old female with bi-lateral t tubes since 2010. What caused that dizziness?
