Hi, Thanks for the query. You have taken too many tablets at short intervals and that has caused the cramping and diarrhea. It is not clear from your query about the duration of pregnancy. Cytotec works best in early pregnancy and the effect decreases or needs to be combined with other drugs like mifepristone or oxytocin depending upon the duration of pregnancy. Also you had very less bleeding and only one clot. Just check if you found a fleshy mass during the bleed. If you are having only minimal bleed the process may not have got completed. The best way to check this is get an ultrasound done. If any bits are remaining a dilatation and curettage procedure will be needed and must be done as early as possible.
