Why Did I Wake Up With A Headache, Dry Nose And Sore Throat?
Why did I wake up with a headache, dry nose and sore throat? I just got back from Thailand and didn t have this problem. But since we are back in Maryland, I always have this problem. Could it be from the humidity in the room or sleep apnea? Thank you.
Since the problem is recent it is most probably due to a change in the humidity and temperature. Avoid the use of air- conditioning, do steam inhalations and warm saline gargles and put some nasal saline drops several times a day- this should be enough to give you relief; cut down on alcohol and smoking as these could increase the nose block and sore throat.
