Why Did My Heart Rate Increased Suddenly And Caused Head Soreness?
At about 430 yesterday I felt very tied and started to feel tingly all over When I get out of bed I feel unsteady in my feet to the point I nearly fall over My normal heart rate is very very slow but seems to be racing right now my head also feels sore to touch Normally my health is great
I have gone through your question and I feel that you have had a vasovagal syncope. This happens when there is pooling of blood to the legs and it causes you to feel dizzy. This happens in most people when they try to stand up quickly.
My advice for this is to get up slowly and take your time while standing. Doing it quickly can cause the dizziness.
Here are a few things you can do for the headache: Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration Sleep well and at least 8 hours a day Eat regularly and avoid skipping meals Take 1 tablet Paracetamol 500 when you feel like you are about to have a headache
Please follow up after 5 days. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this helps you
