Why Do I Bleed After Bowel Movements?

After having a bowel movement I tend to have to wipe a lot and sometimes I bleed. Once I'm done it is very uncomfortable to sit down its a weird feeling doesn't hurt but very uncomfortable to make me just stand one lean on one cheek. What is wrong if anything or what can I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the disease condition but it seems to be the over consciousness, and if this is the disease condition then it has to be ruled out for hemorrhoid, fissure, intestinal pathologies, only and only if the symptoms persist or long last else it is nothing to worry no need to be tense, you have not give full clinical information, no age no gender is mentioned here hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
