Hi my name is Leanne, For the past 6 months I have felt really fatigue all the time, and I have a slight problem with my throat I keep feeling the need to cough or grunt because I feel I need to bring something up, it isn't sore or anything it's just irritating, I haven't been to see my doctor about this because I wasn't worried but I have recently discovered a lump in my collar bone and I don't know what this could be, can you help?

Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding sore throat for last 6 months and recently you have develop a lump on collar bone. As you said that you are feeling all time fatigue and irritation in throat it shows that there is chronic infection is going on. Here I would like to suggest some basic investigations- 1- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab. 2- Throat swab for Afb & gram s staining. 3- X-Ray chest. 4- Ultrasonography of whole abdomen. 5- FNAC from lump on collar bone.
